注意事项

相互代词each other和one another在现代英语中通常可以互换，另外，each other还可以分开来用，这个时候要在other前面加上定冠词the，如each wants to make joke of the other.表示双方都想开彼此的玩笑。

语法提要

不定代词another泛指另一个同类的人或物。如：can you give me another example? 你能再举一个例子吗？

10 i'm never too glad to accept your invitation.

我十分开心能收到你的邀请。

语法提要

too...to...的基本意义是“太……而不能……”，但是当too前面有never, all, but，only，not修饰，且后面跟的是表示心情的形容词或副词时，too...to...要译为“非常……，十分……”，表肯定意义。

11 i'd love to, but i have other plans.

我很愿意去，但是我还有其他的安排。

注意事项

当别人邀请你吃饭或参加聚会时，如果你可以去就直接说i would like to.就行了，如果你没办法出席，首先要向对方表示感谢，然后再说出不能出席的理由。

我非常感谢你的邀请。
